🎓 In my scientific path so far, I am jumping between my two loves: environmental science and bioinformatics. Especially, comparative genomics analysis, renewable energy sources applications, and environmental sustainability are some of my passions.
The last ten years (with a small break to complete the mandatory military services) I have been a member of three different labs in Greece and France, which allowed me to develop team working skills, while being an independent researcher, take initiatives, thinking critically, being organized as well as to combine computational and bench work to obtain a more reliable experimental result. 

📈 Having completed my M.Eng. in Environmental Engineering and Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, I am currently looking for new cooperation and challenges that I can contribute my acquired knowledge and bring novel information and innovative ideas in those two disciplines, ideally if this is directly applied to improving our lives.

🍹 Apart from the technical stuff described above, I like to do crossovers on opponents in the courts and score goals in the pitches in my spare time. In addition, cooking internarial delicacies is a part of life. When I am lazy for sports, I like chilling in places with an excellent view, enjoying good humor and drinking huge amounts of Fredo coffee.
